Recently, I received a message from Pope Francis in which he asked that, as a ministry and part of the Body of Christian believers, we pray for him. In 1 Timothy 2:2, the Bible teaches that we are to pray “for all that are in authority.” It is scriptural that we do so. And, therefore, it is our duty to honor the Pope’s request and, as a Body of believers, join our faith with his by coming together in unity and agreeing with him in his quest, and for what is in his heart: the unity of the Body of Christ. So, in obedience to our Lord and His Word, we join our faith with that of Pope Francis as we pray with and for him, that he will receive the righteous desire of his heart, according to the words of Jesus in Mark 11:24: “That whatsoever things you desire when you pray, believe you receive them, and you shall have them.” Our desire, along with that of Pope Francis, is in the fourth chapter of the book of Ephesians: “Till we all come in the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God unto a mature man unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.” This is very important to us all, as the Body of Christ.

The recorded video from Pope Francis was shown at a Kenneth Copeland gathering and played “live” at that meeting. During the video the Roman Catholic Pope mentions a man by the name of Tony Palmer, who he has known for years. Tony Palmer is an Episcopal priest, and he spoke at the same Copeland conference where this video was shown. In the video the Catholic Pope uses the story about Joseph and his brothers, in his appeal for Christian unity.
I believe that this is where many Christians are going to be seduced in these last days. As a former Roman Catholic I can assure you that millions are being hoodwinked, and set up up for big trouble, as they seek to have unity with the Roman Catholic system which preaches a false gospel. The Pope told the Christians at the Kenneth Copeland conference that he was speaking to them “as a brother.” (5:01 into the video) The Catholic Pope also said this one minute later into the video (6:01):
“And lets pray to the Lord He unites us all, Come on we are brothers.”
The false unity alarms are ringing louder than ever before, ladies and gentlemen. This reminds me of the time that Billy Graham met with Pope John Paull II at the Papal apartments at the Vatican, which was described in a Christianity Today editorial:
“Billy Graham had never met a pope until John Paul II invited him to Rome in 1981. Ushered into the papal apartments by the Vatican’s famous Swiss Guard, Graham marveled at the pomp. He and the pope chatted like long-lost friends for half an hour, swapping photos, gifts, and travel stories. Before Graham left, John Paul II reached over, clutched Graham’s thumb, and told him, “We are brothers.” [Christianity Today, May 24, 2005]
I want you to see the next paragraph from that editorial from Christianity Today, because it reveals much.
“Graham revealed nothing of the pope’s message in 1981. At the time of their meeting, John Paul II had been pope less than three years. An assertion of spiritual kinship would have been ill received by the bulk of both their constituencies. But by 1990, when Graham related this story to Time journalist David Aikman, the climate had changed considerably. Key to the thaw were John Paul II’s efforts to beat back communism worldwide.” [Christianity Today, May 24, 2005]
The article said that Billy Graham did not reveal the details of his meeting with the Pope, until many years later when the “climate had changed.” Folks it takes time for the Devil’s leaven to work it’s way into the true church of God. The Devil is not in a rush, and you are beginning to see the manifestation of the Devil’s work bloom forth now in these last days. The “wolves in sheep’s clothing” are beginning to show themselves for what they truly are.
There are millions of Christians that have a nostalgic and sentimental view of Billy Graham, but I am not numbered among that group. If a man joins hands with a system such as Roman Catholicism, then he is not my brother in the Lord. Why? Because the Lord by His Spirit saved my soul out of that demonic system. That is where the rubber meets the road. A person has to make a decision as to whether the words of Billy Graham are true regarding the Roman Catholic church, or whether the scriptures tell the truth about the church of Rome. The road to Rome is a slippery slope and before you know it you will find yourself joining hands with a system that you would never have dreamed of joining when you first got saved! Once again I encourage you all to watch the video “Satan’s Masterpiece: The Roman Catholic Church” to get a better understanding of what I am talking about here.
The Roman Catholic Pope said this:
“Lets give each other a spiritual hug and let God complete the work that He has begun”
When I see the Pope repent of the myriad of Rome’s false teachings, which include the teaching that the Catholic Mass satisfies the justice of God for sins committed against him, the false teachings of Purgatory, Mary worship, and being born again, I might think about giving him a “spiritual hug.” The Roman Catholic Pope also needs to repent of the murder of countless Christians, who were put to death for standing against his church and their false teachings. There will be no spiritual hugs from me until then.
“And this is a miracle; the miracle of unity has begun.” (6:20 into the video)
The Pope then quotes a man by the name of Manzoni:
“I’ve never seen God begin a miracle without Him finishing it well” (Manzoni)
“He will complete this miracle of unity” (Pope Francis)
I agree with that quote, and when I see the Pope throw off those religious garments, and centuries of false teachings, which have led to the damnation of countless millions of souls, then I will receive it as a true miracle from God!
“From Brother to Brother. I embrace you. Thank you.”
The Roman Catholic Pope Francis is not my Christian brother in the Lord Jesus Christ.
The Pope’s message at the Kenneth Copeland conference ends at about 7:01 into the video and then Kenneth Copeland gets back on the stage to pray for the Pope. I believe that millions will be swallowed up by Rome’s false “Christian” unity call, and it has been that way for decades. The majority of Pastors, preachers and ministers throughout the USA and the rest of the world have done absolutely nothing, to stem the tide of this “false unity movement” either. Only time will tell where this whole mess is going to end up, but do not sign me up for the Pope’s brotherhood. There has always been a true Christian unity by the power of the Holy Spirit, and that same Holy Spirit will never point a person to join hands with the false teachings of Rome.
Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. (John 16:13)

Charisma magazine reported today (March 9, 2014), that Ulf Ekman and his wife have converted to Roman Catholicism. Here is an excerpt from that news report.
“During his Sunday morning service, Ulf Ekman announced the he and his wife, Birgitta, are converting to Roman Catholicism. Ekman is the founder of Word of Life, a megachurch in Uppsala, Sweden. Newsreports and blogs coming out of the nation reveal congregation was “partially stunned” after hearing what was packaged as a “special announcement.” The theme was “follow the Lamb wherever He goes.”
“We have seen a great love for Jesus and a sound theology, founded on the Bible and classic dogma. We have experienced the richness of sacramental life. We have seen the logic in having a solid structure for priesthood, that keeps the faith of the church and passes it on from one generation to the next. We have met an ethical and moral strength and consistency that dare to face up to the general opinion, and a kindness towards the poor and the weak. I first heard about this man Ulf Ekman several years ago, and I wrote a False Unity Alert about him, but I must say, that I have not been following that story. I came across an old article today from the “Aletheia Blogg and TankesMedja” Website from November 2010, and I encourage you to read this EXCELLENT ARTICLE for yourself. Just in case you do not have the time to read the article, here is an excerpt that should get your attention:
“For the past four years many members, former members and bible school students of the Word of Life church in Sweden, pastored by Ulf Ekman, has expressed a growing concern about Ulf Ekmans fascination with Roman Catholicism. Although Ekman himself claims his calling remains the same as before – to teach the Word of faith message in Sweden and around the world, many have noted a gradual change at the church, once so radically teaching an evangelical message. During the peak of what many Swedes perceived as a spiritual revival or renewal, Word of Life was freed of icons, crucifixes and religious symbols, reminding us of the heavy yoke of Catholicism. The congregation was clearly wanting to be an extension of the reformation and all the revivalist teachers thats followed in it’s path.
Little by little teaching against the Maria cult, papism and traditions of men has been removed from Word of Life bookshelves and replaced by newer more catholic-friendly material. Ulf Ekmans earlier book on the subject ”Doctrines” with a clear stance against the Roman Catholic influence in Christianity has been replaced with a newer revised Catholic-friendly edition. Trips to Rome are being arranged by key ministers in the congregation and Ulf Ekman himself is flirting openly with both traditional Catholic leaders and Catholic Charismatic movement representatives around the world.
As our only two Swedish Christian newspapers are silent in this matter (one of them Ekman controlled), conversations about what is happening at Word of Life has moved to chats among members, supporters and former supporters, blogs and other internet forums. Perhaps the conversations partially got started after information leaked a few years back that a large donation was given by Mr and Mrs Ekman to Enhetens Kyrka (”Church of Unity”) an organisation that has pledged to gather all Christians under the Popes authority. I was not the least surprised by what I read in the Charisma magazine article this morning, but I still find it incredible that so few of the so called “anointed preachers” speak out. My respect for the modern day, well known “popular Pastors”, “anointed ministers” and “book authors” has reached an all time low. I find it incredible that so many who love to talk about prophecy, the “antichrist,” Israel, and the end times, never utter a word against the false system of Roman Catholicism. As a former Roman Catholic I can tell you that the spirit behind the fascination with the Catholic Mass, Mary worship, idols, Rosary Beads, and unity under the Pope is definitely NOT the Holy Spirit, but it is totally demonic in origin. Do you think for one minute that the Devil is going to come along with little red horns sticking out of his head, to tell you that he is here to deceive you? No, the Devil uses real people with his false teachings to seduce people away from the Lord. That is why the Jewish apostle Paul spoke and warned the way that he did!
Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; (1 Timothy 4:1)
For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works. (2 Corinthians 11:13-15)
A Christian woman quoted part of that last passage to my wife Cathy, and the Lord used it to bring Cathy and myself, out of the demonic deception of Mary worship! I thank God that he saved our souls, and we both appreciate the blood of Jesus Christ more than ever. (Romans 5:6-9) I thank God that we have been born again of the Spirit of God, and set free from the hellish and demonic deception which is found in the church of Rome. (John 3:1-8)

The Jewish apostle Paul knew how to deal with deception when it came into the church at Galatia. Listen to what he told them:
Ye did run well; who did hinder you that ye should not obey the truth? This persuasion cometh not of him that calleth you. A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump. (Galatians 5:7-9)
Paul knew that it did not take much for a little leaven to permeate the entire lump. Take some leaven and knead it into the dough, and you will not even notice it, but it will do it’s job, and the whole batch of dough will be effected by the leaven, and cause it to rise! When the false teachers and their false teachings are ignored, and permitted to permeate a body of believers, the whole congregation will be effected by those demonic teachings. The false teachers are permitted to rise up, and persuade the people that there is nothing wrong, and many poor souls are deceived in the process. I encourage you to view the video “Satan’s Masterpiece: The Roman Catholic Church” for a very basic teaching about the false doctrines of the Roman Catholic Church. Paul was adamant and he wanted to know who got in there and persuaded the church at Galatia, that they should not obey the truth. Paul was dealing with the Judaizing Christians who had gotten inside the church at Galatia, and mixed their Jewish traditions with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Paul even rebuked Peter to his face because he was leading his own followers in the wrong direction with his hypocrisy. That should be a warning for the whole bunch of us folks. If Peter could be pulled away from the truth, what makes you think that you cannot be deceived? Think about it for a moment if you will. Peter was an eyewitness to tons of the most incredible miracles that Jesus Christ ever did. He saw the blind receive their sight. He saw the hearing restored to the deaf. He saw the Lord command a raging storm to stop. He saw tons of people delivered from demons. He was one of three (Peter, James, and John) who was on the mountain top when the Lord was transfigured before their eyes. On that mountaintop he also saw Moses and Elijah talk to Jesus about his upcoming death at Jerusalem. Peter then denied the Lord and the Lord was crucified and rose again. Peter saw the risen Lord who forgave him and personally told him to feed his sheep. BUT then Peter was put in a position where the religious Jews came into town, and he had a decision to make. He did not want to offend them, so he pulled away from the Gentiles and marched toward the Judaizers. Paul saw what happened and the scriptures tell us this:
But when Peter was come to Antioch, I withstood him to the face, because he was to be blamed. For before that certain came from James, he did eat with the Gentiles: but when they were come, he withdrew and separated himself, fearing them which were of the circumcision. And the other Jews dissembled likewise with him; insomuch that Barnabas also was carried away with their dissimulation (Hypocrisy). But when I saw that they walked not uprightly according to the truth of the gospel, I said unto Peter before them all, If thou, being a Jew, livest after the manner of Gentiles, and not as do the Jews, why compellest thou the Gentiles to live as do the Jews? We who are Jews by nature, and not sinners of the Gentiles, Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is therefore Christ the minister of sin? God forbid. For if I build again the things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor. (Galatians 2:11-18)
Who knows how far Peter might have gone off if it were not for the Jewish apostle Paul. Who knows how far the modern day church is going to go before this whole thing wraps up?

Ulf Ekman has over a long period of time been a secret Papal soldier praying with Order brothers in Sweden.
Ekman is the founder of Word of Life, a megachurch in Uppsala, Sweden. News reports and blogs coming out of the nation reveal congregation was “partially stunned” after hearing what was packaged as a “special announcement.” The theme was “follow the Lamb wherever He goes.”
“For Birgitta and me, this has been a slow process were we have gone from discovering new things, to appreciating what we have discovered, to approach and even learn from our fellow Christians,” Ekman says on his ministry website.
Ulf Ekman and the World of Faith movement embrace the Papacy.
“We have as many know, followed Ekman’s steps towards Roman Catholicism since 2007, at times under a lot of ridicule from both members and leadership of the congregation, but also from others within the Christian Community in Sweden,” writes Andreas Glandberger, who operates the think tang.
“Based on Ulf Ekman’s various articles, sermons, statements, and even type of organizations he decided to support financially, a painstaking puzzle has been laid in which the last piece of the puzzle now is in place.”
Glandberger went on to say that “shock, anger, sadness, despair and confusion” among the reactions to the news. Others, he writes, were relieved that Ekman’s long love affair with the Catholic Church finally was consummated openly, which is also a help in theological discussions.

When Ulf Ekman converts to Catholicism, the ring is completed for the religious Word of Faith movement in Sweden and Norway.
The danger is that there is no longer possible to distinguish between Pentecostalism (Pingst) and the World of Faith assemblies. All of it is mixed together.
In Norway, all of them are supporters of the The Christian Council of Norway, which has recognized the Vatican II Council of 1965. To few Baptists now stands on the lessons of the Reformation. Hazardous many admire the first Jesuit Pope and join the blind road back to Rome. And off the cliff they will go, many of them traveling on first class.

What will men like Ulf Ekman face on their new role as ambassadors for the Papacy?
To be able to share the gospel together, Christians must be in a minimum agreement. Lets see how the Vatican demand that we must live in rebellion against the Word of God, rejecting the truth.
Rome present to us a “different gospel” based om works as justification for salvation. And Church traditions are a higher authority in matters of faith, then the scriptures, when the Pope decides so.This false gospel do have a replacement Messiah in its center. Rome represent a complete anti-Messianic movement, with followers who always have done their evil deeds of darkness in the name of “Christ”.

The leaders of the Swedish Pentecostal movement went to Rome to study.
Here are some obvious example of the Vatican’s betrayal of the Word of God.
1. Jesus said: “Do not call any religious leader for father”. The Pope demands that Roman Catholic priests shall be addressed as “fathers”. The Pope him self as the very “Holy father”.
2. The Bible explains that all man have sinned, and fallen short of the glory of God. The Pope claims that the “mother of God” was born without sin, lived a sinless life, and was taken up in Heaven sinless.
3. The Bible explains that there is only one middleman between man and God, and that is Jesus the Messiah. The Pope claims that there a many mediators, first an foremost the Roman Catholic “mother of God”, thousands of Papal approved “saints” and “holy madonnas”.
4. The Bible explains that the Holy Spirit is the replacement of Jesus on he Earth. The Pope claims he is the replacement of Jesus, the Vicarius Christi, or in English: the Vicar of Christ. In all matters of correctly understanding the scriptures, the Pope is like a “god”. He is claimed to be Infallible.
The 4th point is the most serious error. Because when the Pope takes the place of the Holy Spirit, he commits sin and blasphemy against the Holy Spirit.
Mark 3:29
but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; they are guilty of an eternal sin.’
To claim to be infallible in the understanding of scriptures, and in matters of moral, and in this way replacing the Holy Spirit, is a hundred per cent sure way down the path toward the gates of Hell.
John 15:26
When the Advocate comes, whom I will send to you from the Father – the Spirit of truth who goes out from the Father – he will testify about me.
With such a base of fatal and deadly errors, the manifestations in this religious movement will also be inline with the false teachings. No wonder, that Roman Catholicism adore and venerate skulls, corpses and bones as a part of their religious rituals. A long with idols of stone and wood. Even in the middle of the Great Tribulation, these idol worshippers will refuse to listen to the truth and repent.
Revelation 9:20
The rest of mankind who were not killed by these plagues still did not repent of the work of their hands; they did not stop worshipping demons, and idols of gold, silver, bronze, stone and wood – idols that cannot see or hear or walk.
The book of revelations call this kind of religious shrines a hunted house of demons. An unclean religious assembly, or the “mysterious Babylon, a religious prostitute. We are all called to come out of her, and continue to worship Jesus the Messiah in Spirit and in truth.
Revelation 18:2
With a mighty voice he shouted: ‘“Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great!” She has become a dwelling for demons and a haunt for every impure spirit, a haunt for every unclean bird, a haunt for every unclean and detestable animal.
Leave the Papacy behind. To not be fooled by the Vatican ambassadors. Resist their bids to enforce doctrines taught by demons on the true Church of Jesus the Messiah.
